Core Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1, 2 help desk and desk side support
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC systems, peripherals, and 4G wireless routers.
  • Deliver exceptional technical support for customers over email, phone and onsite.
  • Proactively ensure end-user needs are met, including equipment, software, and training support.
  • Configure and test customer equipment prior to shipment to ensure functionality.
  • Create and manage tickets in the helpdesk system while adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
