Core Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1, 2 help desk and desk side support
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC systems, peripherals, and 4G wireless routers.
- Deliver exceptional technical support for customers over email, phone and onsite.
- Proactively ensure end-user needs are met, including equipment, software, and training support.
- Configure and test customer equipment prior to shipment to ensure functionality.
- Create and manage tickets in the helpdesk system while adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
