Manager Middleware and Integration Services
REMOTE in Omaha, NE

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Middleware & Integration Services to join our dynamic Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will lead and oversee  middleware and integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized workflows across our systems and applications. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or an equivalent combination of education and IT experience
  • 5+ years managing/leading middleware, integration, or development staff
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, CA Workload Automation, MFT and other integration technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
  • Experience in managing operational budget and vendor relationships
  • Must have demonstrated broad technical knowledge of information technology and the ability to plan, schedule and implement new business functions, and to direct and manage human, technical resources
  • A strong working knowledge of various SDLC practices, concepts, and techniques including change control management, version control, testing techniques, etc.
  • Experience with the entire API development lifecycle from Design and Build to Governance and Management
  • Working knowledge in source control (git, subversion) and understand git workflow.
  • Strong understanding of middleware architectures, including integration patterns, protocols, and security

Desired:
  • Experience in full stack of Middleware Integration Tool (MuleSoft) Java or .Net frameworks, C#, Web Servers (IIS, Apache), Caching, SQL, REST/SOAP API, API Management Tool, Node.js, JavaScript, XPath, XSLT, WCF, Micro Services, jQuery, Scripting (WMI, PowerShell), CSS3, HTMLJSON, OOP, Managed File Transfers, and Web Application Development framework
  • Graduate work or additional background in Management Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
