Job Description

ERP Supply Chain & Business Systems Analyst (Operational Process Owner)
Onsite in Omaha, NE
Salary $80,000+, DOE

Position Summary
Seeking a results-driven ERP Supply Chain & Business Systems Analyst to take complete operational ownership of our workflows. In this role, you will not just maintain data in an ERP system; you will lead the end-to-end process flow from Sales such as Shopify to Sales Operations to Manufacturing for a quickly growing business supporting major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Cost Plus World Market, Hy-Vee, Natural Grocers, At Home, Imperial, Orgill, Mid-States, and others.

This role is an independent champion who naturally takes ownership, drives outcomes, and aggressively learns our business. You will bridge the gap between our e-commerce tech stack and hands-on operations, ensuring flawless data integration and working cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks, document processes, and implement continuous improvements.

Core Responsibilities
  • Process Ownership: Drive and optimize the overall workflow connecting Shopify Sales, Sales Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution. Transition the company from manual workflows to scalable, automated systems spanning Sales, Sourcing, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting.
  • System Integration: Oversee, troubleshoot, and optimize the integration between Shopify and the ERP system; ensure order data, inventory levels, and product variants sync accurately in real-time.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively across multiple departments, earning trust while holding team members accountable to process standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify operational process gaps, root out inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to eliminate bottlenecks. Automated Planning: Reduce manual steps around production planning, labor allocation, inventory movement, replenishment, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
  • Documentation & Training: Actively interview team members to ask the right questions, thoroughly document workflows, and create clear operational procedures.
  • Production & Inventory Planning: Oversee production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control within the ERP to keep manufacturing running smoothly.
  • Retail & EDI Onboarding: Take ownership of retail compliance, item setup, labeling requirements, retailer forms, and EDI integrations for complex omni-channel retail accounts.
  • Manufacturing Scaling: Build system infrastructure to support automated manufacturing lines, shifting from hand-poured production to disciplined, high-volume throughput.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, supply chain operations, production planning, or manufacturing environments.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven experience managing e-commerce integrations, specifically connecting Shopify to backend inventory and manufacturing systems. Experience navigating the onboarding, compliance, item setup, and EDI requirements of major big-box or grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons).
  • Autonomy: Proven track record of independently owning a functional area, driving initiatives forward, and leading organizational change with minimal direction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of inventory and manufacturing-focused ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 Core/Omni, NetSuite, Katana, Acumatica, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), including an understanding of technical workflows and data relationships.
  • Data Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on data integrity, inventory tracking accuracy, and generating reliable operational reporting.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to earn department trust, combined with the assertiveness needed to hold people accountable and challenge the status quo.
  • Problem Solving: A natural curiosity to ask deep questions, map out complex processes, and organize chaotic workflows into structured, efficient systems.
