Core Responsibilities
- Process Ownership: Drive and optimize the overall workflow connecting Shopify Sales, Sales Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution. Transition the company from manual workflows to scalable, automated systems spanning Sales, Sourcing, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively across multiple departments, earning trust while holding team members accountable to process standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify operational process gaps, root out inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to eliminate bottlenecks. Automated Planning: Reduce manual steps around production planning, labor allocation, inventory movement, replenishment, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
- Documentation & Training: Actively interview team members to ask the right questions, thoroughly document workflows, and create clear operational procedures.
- Production & Inventory Planning: Oversee production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control within the ERP to keep manufacturing running smoothly.
- Retail & EDI Onboarding: Take ownership of retail compliance, item setup, labeling requirements, retailer forms, and EDI integrations for complex omni-channel retail accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, supply chain operations, production planning, or manufacturing environments.

Experience navigating the onboarding, compliance, item setup, and EDI requirements of major big-box or grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons).
- Autonomy: Proven track record of independently owning a functional area, driving initiatives forward, and leading organizational change with minimal direction.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of inventory and manufacturing-focused ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 Core/Omni, NetSuite, Katana, Acumatica, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), including an understanding of technical workflows and data relationships.
- Data Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on data integrity, inventory tracking accuracy, and generating reliable operational reporting.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to earn department trust, combined with the assertiveness needed to hold people accountable and challenge the status quo.
- Problem Solving: A natural curiosity to ask deep questions, map out complex processes, and organize chaotic workflows into structured, efficient systems.
